Feedback Centre

We Value Your Voice

At Easthaven, your feedback matters. Whether it’s a compliment, a complaint, or a suggestion, we welcome every message as an opportunity to learn and improve. Your input helps us deliver better, safer, and more inclusive support to our community.
Why Give Feedback

By giving us feedback, you can get the help and support you need, change things that make you unhappy, help other people who are unhappy, help us thank staff who do a good job, and help us make our services better.

Who Can Give Feedback

Feedback can be given by anyone connected to our services, including clients, their family members, carers and guardians, staff, and members of the wider community who wish to share their experiences or suggestions.

You can give feedback by completing the online form on this page, in person at one of our office locations, by phone on 0422 270 415, or by email at admin@easthaven.org.au.

Share Your Feedback

Use this form to submit complaints, compliments, or general feedback about our services on behalf of yourself, a client, their family, friends, carers, or other community members.
