Before entering a workplace, participants receive skills training and capacity building tailored to their needs. This may include communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and job-readiness sessions. Our team also assists with developing resumes, preparing for interviews, and understanding workplace expectations.
Once a participant is placed, our dedicated support staff provide on-the-job coaching to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success. We also work closely with employers to create inclusive environments that promote understanding and accessibility for all team members.
